Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am to 6:30pm Mon to Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday closed. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
Online Orders:

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Carriers: We use Delhivery.
Cut-off Time: The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2.30 PM on weekdays. We aim to dispatch as many orders as possible even after the cut-off time but cannot be held responsible for orders not dispatched on the same day after this time.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is 2.30 PM on Fridays. Orders after 2:30PM will be shipped on Monday.
Delivery Time: Your package will arrive between 1-3 working days, based on the shipping service selected, except in the campaign sale days, where additional days may be required.
Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Notifications: You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Exceptional Circumstances: We cannot guarantee delivery times during Festive and public holidays or other disruptions.
Refunds are unavailable for orders already dispatched, but we can resend lost or wrongfully delivered parcels.
Shipping Rates: Shipping fees depend on the delivery destination and size of the order. Calculate the final price at checkout.
